Bulk hopper storage capacity
With bulk hopper sizes from 1000 – 3100L capacities, there is a large range of configurations available.
Interchangable supply hoppers
JACKY Weigh Stations can set up to utilise interchangeable ‘cassette’ hoppers for uninterrupted supply – i.e. take empty hopper away for filling and replace with full hopper.
Automation options
When considering automation options such as discharge hatch actuation, we offer pneumatic, electric, manual etc…
Integration with associated gear
Many JACKY Weigh Stations work in sequence with other machinery – e.g. augers. Talk to us about integration options…
Steel structure versatility
In addition to a polymer moulding facility, we have a fully equipped steel fabrication workshop – including certified design and construction capacity.
