The Side Discharge JACKY® Bin design incorporates a poly hopper mounted in a heavy-duty steel frame

The JBHCTBB/8 Side Discharge JACKY® Hopper Bin design incorporates a poly hopper mounted in a fork-liftable steel stillage. The bin empties through a side opening at the base of the bin, with the slide-hatch mechanism allowing precise control of the discharge rate.

**Model JBHCTBB/8 Benefits**

- 3100L/3.0m3 capacity.
- Safe Working Load (SWL) - 2500kg.
- Very low profile bin for height critical applications.
- Ideal for feed and seed storage.
- Large top opening for easy filling and cleaning.
- All working parts are UV stabilised polyethylene or stainless steel for longevity.
- 40° run slope allows the discharge rate of most granular products to be easily controlled.
- Standard colour is Faint Green.
- Serial numbering and custom branding available to assist in tracking batch lots.

     Safety chain and catch on each back leg, to facilitate attachment to loader headboard and prevent slipping.

     Rigid, Australian made steel frame, built to withstand the everyday rigours of JACKY Bin life.
- ##  Stainless Steel/poly Discharge Hatch 
    
     Quality, rust free stainless steel components with 12mm HDPE slide gate hatch. Excellent longevity and trouble free service.
- ##  Large, Fully Enclosed Tyne Pockets 
    
     Heavy walled galvanized RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section), 830mm centre spacing. Prevents bin from bouncing off loader tynes.
