The unit pictured at left is a great example of SKYFEEDER customisation to meet the specific needs of our client.

This unit features a 3m x 4” mild steel auger, with a hinge at 1m which allows the auger to be folded up for transport. On this unit the auger is raised and lowered using the winch at the base of the auger.

The top of the hopper bin is neatly covered by a ‘Rolla-Tarp’ which can be extended and retracted from ground level, even when the SKYFEEDER is on a truck tray.

Lastly, this SKYFEEDER is powered using the Stihl KMA 200 R battery powerhead – the powerhead attaches to the drive shaft at the base of the auger – a trouble free and rechargable power source!
